01. Arrival Time / 集合時間
Please arrive on time on the day of your session. Late arrivals may shorten the session.
Each session is carefully scheduled to make the most of beautiful natural light. We appreciate your cooperation so we can fully enjoy the session together.
当日は時間通りにお越しください。遅れて到着された場合、撮影時間が短くなってしまう可能性があります。
撮影は自然光を最大限に活かせるようスケジュールしています。撮影の時間を思いっきり楽しめるよう、ご協力いただけると嬉しいです。
02. Travel Fee / 出張料
If you’d like to have a shoot outside the central Okinawa area (Yomitan / Chatan / Ginowan etc), a travel fee may apply as follows:
Yomitan / Chatan / Ginowan area : Free
Naha / Other Northern or southern areas : + 2000 yen ~
沖縄県中部エリア（読谷・北谷・宜野湾など）以外での撮影をご希望の場合は、出張料をいただくことがあります。出張料は下記の通りです。
読谷 / 北谷 / 宜野湾エリア：無料
那覇 / 北部南部エリア：＋2,000円〜
03. Payment / お支払い
Cash payment in yen is due at the end of the session.
撮影当日に現金でのお支払いをお願いします。撮影終了までにお支払いください。
For weddings, please transfer the fee to the designated account by the start of your wedding month.
ウエディングの場合は、挙式月のはじめまでに指定口座へお振り込みをお願します。
04. Cancellation & Rescheduling / キャンセル・日程変更
Feeling unwell? Free rescheduling is available.
Cancellations for personal reasons:
- Day of shoot: 100% fee
- 1 day before: 50% fee
- 2+ days before: Free
体調不良の場合は、無料で日程変更が可能です。お客様都合によるキャンセル料は以下の通りです。
撮影当日：100% 撮影日前日：50％
撮影日2日前まで：無料
05. Weather Policy / 悪天候の場合
We will do our best to continue with shoots in light rain or gentle breezes to stay on schedule. If there is heavy rain or extreme weather, we will not charge you for rescheduling.
自然な雰囲気が思いがけず素敵な写真を生み出すこともありますので、可能な限り撮影を進めさせていただきます。大雨や荒天の場合は、もちろん無料で日程を変更いたします。
06. Gallery Delivery & Download / ギャラリー納品 & ダウンロード期限
Your online gallery will be ready within three weeks after your session. You can download the photos for a week. The gallery will remain online for one month for backup.
撮影後3週間以内にオンラインギャラリーをご用意します。ギャラリーは1ヶ月間ほど閲覧可能ですが、ダウンロード期限は1週間です。期限内に必ず保存をお願いいたします。
07. What to Wear / 当日の服装
We’ll be shooting outdoors at the beach and in natural settings.
・Wear comfortable clothes that feel like “you.”
・Solid colors or soft tones work best.
・Wear comfortable shoes if we’ll be walking.
・For families or couples, coordinating colors without matching exactly looks great.
ビーチや自然の中で撮影します。
・動きやすく、自分らしく着られる服装でOK
・無地や柔らかい色がおすすめ
・歩く場合は履きやすい靴で
・家族やカップルの場合は、色味をそろえる程度にコーディネートすると◎
