01 How do payments work?

We currently only accept cash payments. Please prepare the shooting fee in yen, and payment is due at the end of the shoot.

For wedding photography sessions, please make a bank transfer to the designated account by the beginning of your wedding month.

01 撮影料の支払い方法は？

撮影当日は、現金でのお支払いをお願いします。撮影終了までにお支払いください。
ウエディング撮影の場合のみ、挙式月のはじめまでに指定口座へお振り込みをお願いいたします。

02 What if the weather is bad?

We will do our best to continue with shoots in light rain or gentle breezes to stay on schedule. If there is heavy rain or extreme weather, we will not charge you for rescheduling.

02 悪天候の場合は？

自然な雰囲気が思いがけず素敵な写真を生み出すこともありますので、可能な限り撮影を進めさせていただきます。大雨や荒天の場合は、もちろん無料で日程を変更いたします。

03 Can I rescheduling the photosession?

We’re happy to reschedule for free if you’re not feeling well on the day. For cancellations due to personal reasons, the following fees apply:

– On the day of the shoot: 100%
– The day before: 50%
– Up to two days before: Free

03 ご予約のキャンセル・延期について

当日の体調不良などで撮影日を変更したい場合は、無料で対応しますのでお気軽にご相談ください。お客様のご都合によるキャンセル料は、以下の通りです。

撮影当日：100%　撮影日前日：50％
撮影日2日前まで：無料

04 How much is the travel fee?

If you’d like to have a shoot outside the central Okinawa area (Yomitan / Chatan / Ginowan etc), a travel fee may apply. Travel fees are as follows:

Yomitan / Chatan / Ginowan area : Free
Naha / Other Northern or southern areas : + 2000 yen ~

02 出張料はかかりますか？

沖縄県中部エリア（読谷・北谷・宜野湾など）以外での撮影をご希望の場合は、出張料をいただくことがあります。出張料は下記の通りです。

読谷 / 北谷 / 宜野湾エリア：無料
那覇 / 北部南部エリア：＋2,000円〜
